Questions families ask
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes. Open your account page and cancel in two clicks — no phone call, no form, no extra offers. If you cancel during the free trial you are not charged. If you cancel while paying, you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
- What happens after the 7-day trial?
- Your card is charged the plan you chose — monthly or yearly — when the trial ends, and then renews at the same interval until you cancel. We email you three days before the trial ends so the charge is never a surprise.
- What about refunds?
- A yearly membership is fully refundable within 14 days of the charge. Ask us from the contact page with the email you joined with and we will refund it.
- Where do I manage it?
- Your account page shows your plan, your trial end date and every payment, and is where you cancel.
