Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of the Access Labs Apps website, apps, books and printables (the "Services"). By using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Services.

Access Labs Apps ("we", "us", "our") publishes digital stories, family safety tools and printables. You can reach us at contact@accesslabsapps.com.

The Services are made for parents, teachers and other adults, to be shared with a child. If you are under 18, please use the Services only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

Some parts of the site need an account. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details confidential and for everything done through your account. Please tell us promptly if you think someone else has access to it.

Paid downloads and Read-Along Club memberships are sold through our payment providers. Gumroad acts as the merchant of record for purchases made in US dollars, and Razorpay handles purchases made in Indian rupees (INR). The provider named at checkout is the seller of record for your order, and its own terms of service and privacy policy also apply to that purchase.

Prices are charged in the currency shown to you at checkout and include any taxes we are required to add. Where a provider is the merchant of record, your receipt and any payment dispute are handled through that provider.

Our apps, books, printables, text, images and logos are owned by or licensed to Access Labs Apps and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Buying or downloading our material gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to read, print and use it with your own family or classroom. You may not resell it, share it publicly, pass it off as your own, or use it commercially.

Free printables follow the same rule: personal, non-commercial use with your family or classroom, never resold or redistributed.

Purchased books and Read-Along Club memberships are unlocked with a licence key from your receipt. Keys are personal to the buyer. If a purchase is refunded, cancelled or charged back, or a key is shared beyond your household, access may be withdrawn.

Please use the Services lawfully and without infringing anyone else's rights. In particular, do not attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the Services, and do not upload anything you do not have the right to share.

Anything you write or upload — a contact message, a review, a filled-in sheet, a storybook — stays yours. You give us only the limited permission needed to store it, show it back to you, and let our administrators support you when you ask for help.

Printed books are sold, printed and shipped by third-party retailers such as Amazon KDP. Those orders are governed by the retailer's own terms, prices, delivery times and returns policy, not by these Terms.

The Services link to third-party sites and rely on third-party providers for hosting, payments and narration. We are not responsible for the content or the practices of those third parties.

Our stories, printables and guides support parents and teachers. They are not medical, legal or professional advice, and safety information such as emergency numbers should always be confirmed with the official source for your country before you rely on it.

The Services are provided "as is". We do not promise that every product will be error-free, or that the Services will always be available without interruption.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Access Labs Apps is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.

You agree to indemnify and hold Access Labs Apps harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or your breach of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them or from the Services.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version is posted here with a new "Last updated" date, and continuing to use the Services after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
