My Important Info Card — Learn It by Heart
Practice card the child fills in and learns by heart: my full name; my grown-up's name and phone number; my address; the number to call in an emergency (911); what to say if I'm lost ('I'm lost, can you help me call my mum?'). Practice tips for grown-ups: say the phone number together in the car and at bedtime until it sticks. Pairs with If We Get Separated and the Who Can Pick Me Up card.
