Road Safety I Spy for Indian Streets
An I Spy scene and a checklist for the streets you actually walk: auto-rickshaws, school vans, zebra crossings and helmets. Children spot each one, then tick it off as they go.

How to use this with your child
Play it on a real walk — the sheet is a prompt for talking, not a test to pass.
- Spot the crossing together, then practise waiting until the traffic has actually stopped.
- Talk about helmets before a ride, not after one.
- Ask which vehicle is hardest to see from, and why that matters at the kerb.
Goes well with: the Family Media Agreement for your child’s age (5–7, 8–10, 11–13) — promises the child makes, and promises the grown-ups make back.
Print tips
- Print at 100% scale — not “fit to page”, so the sizes stay true.
- Cards print best on thicker paper; laminate them for a school bag or wallet.
- The ink-saver version is outlines only, so children can colour it in themselves.
- Keep one copy on the fridge and one where the family already looks every day.
