Story Summary
Nia Johnson dreams of being a chef, but her school lunches are a disaster — squashed sandwiches, soggy bread and chip crumbs. So when Maple Grove Elementary announces its first Healthy Lunchbox Challenge, Nia is first in line. She builds Team Lunchbox: her label-reading best friend Sophie, her song-singing little brother Jojo (who wants gummy bears in everything), and Arlo, who has eaten nothing but crackers and cheese since first grade. A funny, warm chapter book for ages 6-12 about healthy eating, picky eaters, teamwork and what it really means to win.
