About this story

In a cozy little town lives Grandma Rosa, who has a very special gift: she knits soft, warm blankets for everyone who needs one. 'This one will hug whoever needs it most,' she tells young Leo, who watches her needles dance loop by loop, row by row. When Leo's little sister Maya scrapes her knee, a soft blue blanket stops her tears. When Mr. Chen comes to visit, lonely and worried about his sick dog, a bright yellow one keeps him company. And when shy Priya arrives, new to town and knowing nobody, a bright red blanket says 'Welcome' without a single word. Soon the whole town knows about the blankets that hug people. A warm, gentle story about comfort, kindness, and the way love can be stitched right into a thing.
